The Las Brisas farm was initially 6 hectares, but with the addition of another 3 hectares, 9 hectares of land were completed, bringing them to 38,000 planted coffee trees. With this expansion, the crop is located between 1,600 meters above sea level and 1,900 meters above sea level, allowing multiple cycles of flowering, ripening and harvesting to be enjoyed all year round.

Innovative ideas are not only present in the mill, they are currently planting new varieties including: “Castillo-Tambo, “Cenicafé 1”, “Borbón Rosado”, “Borbón Papayo” and “Borbón Pimienta” projects involving their entire family, as well as neighbors.
Since embarking on this adventure, they have been growing coffee, but they recently ventured into new processes, so they began to ferment and dry the coffee in cherries to obtain natural coffee and lately honey, with very good economic results and environmental impact with near-zero pollutants at their community water sources.
